I was raised in a family rooted in spiritual exploration. My father lived in India for several years, where he studied philosophy and became a yoga teacher.
Growing up, yoga was not something exotic or occasional, it was part of everyday life.
For over eight years, I have been living in Costa Rica, where the rhythm of the ocean and the intensity of nature continue to influence my practice. Movement has always been my way of expressing what words sometimes cannot. It has been my anchor, a space where I return to myself.
I know that showing up is not always easy. Discipline is built slowly, breath after breath. Over time, my practice became more than physical training, it became a way to regulate my emotions, build resilience, and stay present even when life feels uncertain.
Certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga, and trained as a Thai Massage Therapist, I teach with an anatomy-informed and therapeutically grounded approach. My work emphasizes joint integrity, spinal mobility, alignment, and clear technical guidance, building strength that is sustainable and adaptable.
I don’t teach performance.
I teach structure, awareness, and the quiet power of consistency.
